My wife and I were completely new to the world of E-Bikes and speak very limited German. We wandered into E-Motion and were instantly greeted by friendly staff. Marian was our salesman and never tried to push any products on us and made us feel very comfortable with the entire purchase. He knew our level of knowledge and never once made me or my wife feel dumb. This is likely the best sales store we have ever been to and we look forward to coming back for our first service appointment.

Perfect service from selection to ordering to picking up the bike. The staff is super friendly and very competent. The introduction to my new bike took about 1.5 hours and could have taken even longer if necessary. What more could you want? Rarely have I experienced such friendly staff who approach their customers with such commitment and joy. I will remain loyal to you and keep it up

Thank you very much, dear Martin, for the great advice and the ultra-fast delivery! I had been checking the delivery status at Riese & Müller every day like a vulture, and I knew that the final assembly would actually mean a few days of additional waiting time... And then the unexpected call came on the same day of delivery from R&M, I will never forget that Friday evening. Thanks!! Since then we have been enjoying our Multitinker and hardly ever drive a car in the city anymore. The pack donkey even does weekend shopping for the four of us in a relaxed manner and we all have fun with it. 5 stars and a warm recommendation!

After I was able to test ride several bikes, I decided on a Specialized. Since several appointments were necessary on my part until the final configuration was completed, I had various consultants, all of whom provided me with excellent support and advice. The first service has already been carried out, and here too I received helpful tips from the workshop team. Full recommendation and again at any time.
